Where people meet
A meeting needs no special place, only one where you can sit for two hours without ordering as in a restaurant. In Vienna those are the coffee houses with a back room, the city libraries with their reading rooms, and in summer the Augarten or the Türkenschanzpark. Half an hour on public transport gets you in from Mödling or Klosterneuburg as well.
How many people it takes
Four to six. Fewer, and the evening is cancelled as soon as two drop out. More, and not everyone gets to speak, and whoever has said nothing twice does not come a third time.
